The Month/Day-Of Planning Package is the perfect package for the client that has taken care of all the planning themselves, but would like a professional to step in a month prior to make sure vendors know their role, conduct the rehearsal and manage the day of the wedding!

Early Planning

  • Unlimited Access via Phone and Email

  • One Meeting 7 weeks prior to wedding date to finalize all wedding details

    • Finalize timeline, table top with linens, floral, and other decor items

    • Detailed schedule for ceremony and reception, including vendor and wedding party timetable

    • Act as a contact between you and your vendors from this point on

      • Obtain copies of all vendor contracts

      • Review and confirm all details and timing of event with each vendor

      • Make sure all vendors meet commitments to your standards and vision for set up and break down

      • Distribute Wedding Day Timeline to vendors

  • One meeting 5 weeks prior to wedding date to meet with Ceremony and reception venue

    • Do venue walk through noting delivery and set up spots, restrictions, and any other important matters to discuss

    • Finalize floor plan and area usage

Wedding Rehearsal

  • Attend & Direct Rehearsal

Wedding Day Coordination

  • Full Day Wedding Coordination: overall management of wedding ceremony and reception with one Lead Planner for up to twelve (12) hours and one Event Assistant for up to eight (8) hours

Wedding Day Coverage

  • Pre-Wedding

    • Arrive prior to event to ensure set up goes accordingly with vendors

    • Set Up Personal Decorations

      • Such as sign-in table, gift table, escort/place card table, cake/dessert table and other personalized items for ceremony and reception areas

    • Check and re-check Ceremony site is set up to your specifications

      • Including guest book, program, reserved seats, and altar detail set up

    • Receiving deliveries and supervising vendors on ceremony set up

    • Check and re-check Reception site is set up and decorated to your specifications

      • Including place cards, menus, cakes, gift table, food table, guest tables, candles, photo cards, table numbers, etc.

    • Ensure all floral arrangements are distributed to correct wedding party attendant (bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, flower girl baskets, etc.)

    • Make certain musicians know their cue for providing proper timing

    • Provide Wedding Day Emergency Kit

  • Ceremony

    • Guide and ensure ushers greet and escort guest to appropriate areas and seats

    • Ensure seats are reserved for special family and friends

    • Line up and cue wedding party when it’s time to walk down the aisle and making sure they look great

    • Letting you know when to walk down the aisle, making sure your tux, dress, train and veil are all perfect before your big entrance

    • Guide late guest and/or distractions during the ceremony

    • After ceremony – directing guests to the cocktail hour and/or reception

    • Assist photographer in gathering your wedding party and family for post-ceremony pictures (if needed)

    • Bustling of wedding dress (if needed)

    • Assure that marriage license is signed and given to the minister or other responsible party

    • Move any items (i.e. guest book) from ceremony to reception site

  • Reception

    • Coordinate details with all vendors and reception staff to make sure everyone follows the schedule put forth under the ‘wedding day itinerary’

      • Coordinate and assist with the DJ and/or emcee to make sure the whole reception runs effortlessly

      • Coordinate with the photographer and videographer throughout the reception to get those ‘priceless’ moments

      • Work with the chef and catering staff to make sure guest are served properly and the champagne toast and cake cutting run smoothly

      • Keeping you and wedding party informed of ‘priceless’ moments coming up

    • Making sure you have taken a moment to get something to eat and/or drink

  • Clean Up

    • Distribute final payments and gratuities to all remaining vendors (if applicable)

    • Assure that all personal items are returned to designated person

    • Assure that all rental items are returned (via rental vendor or courier service)

    • Stay after the reception for up to one hour to supervise and assist vendors take down

    • Assure that the reception site is perfectly clean to sites satisfaction​​​
