We handle every aspect of your event from start, to beyond your expectations. This package allows you to be as involved as you wish, but gives you the comfort of knowing that in the end you will have the event you always dreamed of.
Early Planning
Up to 8 Face-to-Face Consultation Meetings to discuss:
Preferences, priorities, personality, taste and style. We will then create a personalized design and theme for your event, interwoven throughout all aspects of the wedding (from location, invitations, décor, attire, cuisine, etc.)
Create and Manage Planning Checklist, Budget, Design Board
Ceremony Planning & Reception Planning
Unlimited Access via Phone and Email
Use of any Grace of Love Events Rental Item for Free
Personal Research and Attendance of all Service Provider as stated below in “Vendor Selection and Coordination”
Creation of Event Floor Plan and Seating Arrangements
Detailed Schedule for Ceremony and Reception, including Vendor and Wedding Party Timetable
Vendor Selection & Coordination
Present a Preferred Vendor List
Vendor Recommendations, Research and Scheduling Consultations for the following vendors:
Attire (men and woman)
Bakery
Bartending
Beauty
Catering
Entertainment (ceremony & reception)
Floral & Décor
Guest Accommodations
Photography
Officiate/Minister
Rentals (tents, lighting, décor, tables, linens)
Stationary (save the dates, invitations, and calligrapher)

Attend any vendor meetings/tastings as needed

Wedding Day Coordination
Full Day Wedding Coordination: overall management of wedding ceremony and reception with one Lead Planner for up to fourteen (14) hours, one Event Coordinator for up to ten (10) hours
Wedding Day Coverage
Pre-Wedding
Arrive prior to event to ensure set up goes accordingly with vendors
Set Up Personal Decorations
Such as sign-in table, gift table, escort/place card table, cake/dessert table and other personalized items for ceremony and reception areas
Check and re-check Ceremony site is set up to your specifications
Including guest book, program, reserved seats, and altar detail set up
Receiving deliveries and supervising vendors on ceremony set up
Check and re-check Reception site is set up and decorated to your specifications
Including place cards, menus, cakes, gift table, food table, guest tables, candles, photo cards, table numbers, etc.
Ensure all floral arrangements are distributed to correct wedding party attendant (bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, flower girl baskets, etc.)
Make certain musicians know their cue for providing proper timing
Provide Wedding Day Emergency Kit
Ceremony
Guide and ensure ushers greet and escort guest to appropriate areas and seats
Ensure seats are reserved for special family and friends
Line up and cue wedding party when it’s time to walk down the aisle and making sure they look great
Letting you know when to walk down the aisle, making sure your tux, dress, train and veil are all perfect before your big entrance
Guide late guest and/or distractions during the ceremony
After ceremony – directing guests to the cocktail hour and/or reception
Assist photographer in gathering your wedding party and family for post-ceremony pictures (if needed)
Bustling of wedding dress (if needed)
Assure that marriage license is signed and given to the minister or other responsible party
Move any items (i.e. guest book) from ceremony to reception site
Reception
Coordinate details with all vendors and reception staff to make sure everyone follows the schedule put forth under the ‘wedding day itinerary’
Coordinate and assist with the DJ and/or emcee to make sure the whole reception runs effortlessly
Coordinate with the photographer and videographer throughout the reception to get those ‘priceless’ moments
Work with the chef and catering staff to make sure guest are served properly and the champagne toast and cake cutting run smoothly
Keeping you and wedding party informed of ‘priceless’ moments coming up
Making sure you have taken a moment to get something to eat and/or drink
Clean Up
Distribute final payments and gratuities to all remaining vendors (if applicable)
Assure that all personal items are returned to designated person
Assure that all rental items are returned (via rental vendor or courier service)
Stay after the reception for up to one hour to supervise and assist vendors take down
Assure that the reception site is perfectly clean to sites satisfaction
